1. Our Commitment
At Premier Concrete Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering only with prior written approval from Premier Concrete Equipment.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection, handling, and administration costs.
• The buyer is responsible for return freight costs.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returned items without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned goods:
• If the goods are in original condition, a full refund (less restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
• If the goods are not in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
4. Faulty or Defective Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@premierce.com.au with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the defect
We’ll assess your claim and, at our discretion, will either:
• Repair, replace, or resupply the goods,
• Provide a full or partial refund, or
• Decline a claim if damage is due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom-built or special-order equipment
• Clearance or discounted items
• Goods damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation
6. How to Return Goods
Once your return is approved, ship the goods to:

Ensure goods are securely packaged and insured, as we are not responsible for damage during return shipping.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of order acceptance by emailing support@premierce.com.au. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative costs. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process above.
